Form submission emails not being received at info@…

I made a website for a client with 2 forms. Both forms must be send to info@….nl
Unfortunately it doesn’t work, emails of web form submissions will not be received.
I have tested with other email address at the same domain and works all fine.
I have contacted their mail host partner and they confirm that there is no mail from Webflow arriving at info (but they do arrive in other mailboxes).

The domain name is brouwerpsychologen.nl

I read at this forum that they may be blacklisted? How to solve this?

Try using an email alias for info@. That would be an easy way to test.

Thanks @webdev, that’s the solution for now!
But it’s not ideal, because as a designer I often have no access to the clients email admin-settings.
It’s also not really professional to tell the customer that it can only be done through an alias.
