You’ll have to set up a zapier zap to use the form submission hook to create a live CMS item.

Hi, thank you for your response.
I just had just created a Zapier Item to test my form submission, and it does inserted to the collection I had created. However, I noticed that you have to published them manually in WebFlow in order to be seen. Initial status from submitting using Zapier is Stage for Published. Sorry I’m new to WebFlow and I’m start learning CMS Forms to Collection.
