Gallery thumbnail images magically copying over?

Hi Folks,
Can someone explain this odd behaviour…
I’ve coped over a lightbox gallery block from one of my other Webflow websites. I’ve removed all thumbnail images and gallery block images from the previous website and indeed deleted from them from the assets library on the new website. And yet even though I’ve done all of this, the thumbnails from the old website keep appearing. I’ve tried hard resets, resetting cache, checking on other browsers, etc, and it makes no difference. Why is this happening?

Putting this down as a bug on Webflow. Admins could this be moved to the bugs section.
Had to completely recreate gallery from scratch as no matter what the old copy/pasted gallery contained old images.
