Gif appears on hovering text

Hello everybody,
I have been trying to create an animation like on this website:

Basically, when hovering on a word (travel, insurance…in this example), it triggers a gif placed next to the H1 Block and the bottom border (which I guess is a div collapsed) build up fully in the same time to cover the word.

Does somebody has an idea how to do this?
