Google Search Console reporting " Sitemap could not be read"

I’ve had a ticket open on this issue since August 29th. The last response I received was August 31st. I’ve emailed 5 times in the last 9 days requesting an update or response from support. I have not received a single response.

I’m really starting to get concerned. Is there something wrong at webflow that is keeping support from responding? Is everything OK?
