Grid overflowing in largest mobile view

Hello. I’m a total novice. Have taken over from a pro managing my own site. Figured out a ton of stuff on my own revamping my site except this one thing I cannot fix:

I have a grid that is overflowing only in the largest width mobile viewer (479px). I have tried everything. PLEASE help! Here is my site:
