Help Moving Content and Adding New Columns + Rows

#1

Good morning,
I’m trying to edit 2 pages on Vanguard’s site to make room for new providers and rearrange the team according to seniority. Here are the issues I’m running into:

  1. Our Practice page: I need to rearrange providers and add a few more. I’m having trouble moving columns in the designer.

  2. Doctors and Specialists page: I’ve reordered the providers according to seniority, but now their alignment is off. We designed this page to alternate alignment (Left, Right, Left, Right, etc.) for each provider. I’m having trouble moving columns within a provider’s row.

Webflow Support responded saying:
“This definitely sounds tricky — it’s worth mentioning here that it’s not possible to move columns themselves that are inside of a row. Instead, I recommend adding a plain div in between the column and the other content like this: Row > Column > NEW DIV > Content
Then you can grab that new div and drag it to another location without issue.”

I’m like a baby learning how to walk with Webflow, and I don’t know how to do this. Can anyone please show me how to fix these 2 issues with a video?!

Thank you SO much!
Mary

Hello @Marymo83

It’s way better to use flex box and create the same layout you want to have. I can show you how you can do that.

And also you can have a CMS collection called PROVIDERS. I think will be way easier to remove and add people.
