I’d like to hire someone to build me a custom scrolling testimonials block like you see on:

This is a company a friend of mine started and he said he could help me out by cloning what he did on his site onto mine… but he’s too backed up and can’t get to it for quite a while.

I’d like to hire someone TODAY to implement this for me.
