Help! with dynamic Form

I desperately need to adjust a form based on a user selecting a checkbox item. Example a simple Yes/No if the user selects ‘Yes’ they go to an account login, if they select ‘No’ they need to register. it’s all built using a slider based form so essential they need to go to a new slide based on selection. Anyone out there have a solve for this?

I’m not understanding the whole process of your filtering but maybe if you have an example or if you already have built it I can take a look.
