Other than that, perhaps give your offers carousel an ID, then make the button go to that anchor - it might shove it up a bit further for you.
But this was the problem I had to work around, because the scrolling only goes to the top of an item, so if it's short (like the offers section) it starts scrolling and stops half way through with a sudden halt because it will never reach the top. I put this on the forum and someone suggested the trick with the fixed div with an ID to scroll it to the right place, and that works perfectly, but on the iPad it's hanging off the bottom. I tried adjusting the position of that ID div on the iPad and it made no difference, in either direction...
