Hide Fixed Navbar Scroll Out View - Chrome Browser

Hey guys–

Hope all is well. If you check out Webflow - Tootles - you’ll notice that if you scroll down the page, my fixed navbar displays and when you scroll back up it is hidden.

However, using the Chrome browser when you scroll down and you’re at the top of the page you’ll notice if you keep scrolling up you’ll be able to see the navbar that was supposed to be hidden. See image. Is there any solution to fix this (only happens on Chrome) so you can’t see the navbar here??
