It would be really nice if Webflow would send an email a few days before website hostings are about to renew - especially for client billing. That’s one thing I get asked about all the time from clients. I’ve had a couple of cases where the client didn’t want their website anymore but forgot about it until they saw the charge on their bill.
You may want to consider a reminder as a marketing opportunity for you to find out if the customer has upcoming projects in the pipeline, how things are going, areas you could improve on, etc. Takes more effort than an auto triggered email but can pay much more in dividends. All you have to do is mark it in your calendar.
