How do I add same interaction to multiple elements?

I have a team-bio page on a website that has a hover affect. When the user hovers over the image an overlay should move down showing an option to view the team members bio. How do i have this animation work for each team member element when you hover over them.

It’s the Team > Meet the Team

Also i noticed that sometimes the animation does not work when you preview the design.
