How do i create fixed elements that don't move when window is resized

Hi all,

Kinda new to this but i was wondering how i would create the background with floating items of pomegranate and greenery. I know its a absolute positioned element but it scales every time i resize the window. Is there a way around this?

Add pixel width and height, then lock those width’s and height’s with Minimum & Maximum settings. Give that a try.
