Hi! I’m trying to right align the Work/About/Resume section in the navbar while still keeping my name on the left side and can not figure out how to do it for the life of me.

You have to remove flex from everything and then float right the navigation items element. Theres all kinds of weird styling you applied that is making your nav not work correctly. I may suggest starting over with a fresh nav element.
