How can a customer initiate/request a return/refund in Webflow E-Commerce? I know you can process and issue a refund via “Manage Orders” but before that all happens, the customer needs to request/initiate the return. How is that done?
Normally one would create a form for returns / refunds and manually process them when valid.
Okay thank you! Simple enough. I’ll create a Returns page where the customer can fill out a form with fields relative to requesting a return.
