How does Webflow implement their sticky social links on their blog?

#1

There are quite a few sticky sidebar posts on here but most are pretty old. Now that Webflow has a sticky social sidebar on their blog, I’m wondering how its done - third party code or just interactions? I know how to make a sticky header/footer that spans the page but would love an up-to-date tutorial on this.

As seen here on the left side after scrolling: https://webflow.com/blog/teaching-the-next-generation-of-web-designers-through-webflow

They’re using css position sticky.

For more information on sticky position read this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/position

It’s not supported in IE :anguished: - https://caniuse.com/#search=sticky

Oh, duh. I should have just used my inspector. Thanks, Filipa. Yeah, I really wish sticky would get more browser support.
