How to create a submission form that has conditionals

Hi everybody!

I am crafting the webpage of my project (www.emprendete.com.co) and I am trying to create a submission form that allows conditionals in order to create three separated e-mail lists.

What I have in mind is: Have two main fields:

  • E-mail fields.
  • A dropdown menu with three options (each one of the options leads to a different page).

How could I create this logic path? is it possible with wwbflow tools?

Webflow manages forms through the same process so even if you create different forms or add them to different pages all of the form submissions are going to go to the same place unless you use a third party platform like https://zapier.com

Thanks a lot for your reply! I have everything with zapier integrated, however my doubt relies more on knowing how to code/design it.

I’d love that every choice of the dropdown would direct to a different page and each page has its own submission form. I just don’t now how to create the path so that when a person picks ‘First Choice’, Webflow knows what page it will direct to.
