I'm looking to create parallax scrolling effects on mobile devices. The desktop is great and works perfectly well. However, all mobile response versions show non-parallax scrolling effects.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!!

I am assuming you mean the fixed background parameter and not actually parallax. The fixed background is disabled in webflow on mobile devices because it caused issues.
