Looking to create a second sticky sub-navigation like the following examples
Make sure to scroll to see functionality
Not looking for the animations just want the horizontal nav bar under the hero to stick on scroll.

I would suggest creating a Div and putting links in there. I don’t think you need a seperate nav system.
