How to dramatically zoom images like in this template?

Like here:
http://webflow.com/template/TileDesign – any of the main pictures tiled at top. Hover your mouse over to see. I tried cloning the website to figure it out, but I just can’t find the zoom effect like this! Thanks~

Hi.

The image is the background of a div element. This div element has a HOVER state with a Transform on it. And there’s a Transition set to Transforms so it zooms nicely when you hover it.
