How to dynamically embed Shopify products with multiple variants

As per the tutorial, http://help.webflow.com/article/how-to-dynamically-embed-shopify-products-with-webflow-cms

I have been able to do so with no concerns however I have a client who has approx. 8 variants of each product.
In Shopify I have the dropdown for the variants which adjusts the price accordingly.
I know I have the option of adding a dropdown box to the layout in Webflow but am not sure how to link up the two so that the price changes.
Has anyone been able to do this successfully and if so, could you please reply with the part of the code required from Shopify and field additions to Webflow needed to accommodate it?
