After so much frustration trying to replicate a table from a non-Webflow site, I finally found this amazing web tool that converts table code to divs, HTML Table to Div Converter.
Instruction: Copy and paste the table code in the HTML editor (on the right), click convert and hey voila! You can then copy the CSS from the original source code.
