How to have 2 columns with a collection list in mobile versions ? At the moment the products are displayed one below the other. Is it possible to put them on 2 columns in mobile version?

You didn’t leave preview link here but you might get what you are looking for if you do something like this. Go to viewport where you want to update your CMS and after that you will see that hierarchy of CMS looks like thiis:
Collection List Wrapper
Collection List
Collection Item
You need to select “Collection List” and give it Grid layout, you can do that here:
After that you can play around with how many columns you need and spacings,
