How to integrate jQuery Interactive BG from gitHub?

Hi,
I’m trying to make my website’s background interactive using parallalax. I would like to add this Github library : http://www.thepetedesign.com/demos/interactive_bg_demo.html
How could I add this library to my site please? Or do you know other possibilities, for example to do this with Webflow only?
