How to keep proportion on larger screens

Hello,

I built my portfolio in Webflow. I have a 13" computer so the layout looks good on my computer. The problem is when people (like hiring managers) see it on larger size screens, the layout becomes completely wacky and unbalanced.

How can I lock my proportion on desktop without losing responsiveness?

I’m no expert here, but from my experience the solution is to use percentages rather than absolute values. Instead of an element being 300px from the left, make it, say 25% or 25vw (viewport width).
Also use structures like Grid (2.0) and Flex Box. There are tutorial videos on all.

You could add large breakpoints but will require some adjustment.
