I don’t think you can create such curved (realistic) shadows with webflow css. You should create them as an image in photoshop. see 17 content box shadows (PSD) - Graphicsfuel
Or even use a vector (SVG) so you can reuse it multiple times

You can absolutely creates these in pure CSS. Its not as straightforward depending on what kind of effect you are trying to achieve, but it can be done. You CAN achieve similar effects with Webflow playing around with multiple shadows, distance, size and blur of the shadow. A google search will turn up many results. Here is another.
This is created in adobe illustrator, You need to have knowledge of 3D Shadows using simple tool of stylize & Gradient effect. This is not made in adobe photoshop however, its easy in illustrator. I use to do it on my personal freebie blog for mockups and other artwork.
