How to make two words bold in text after 5 seconds from page is loaded

I like to have this text displayed on my front page:

“Sustainability is about adaptation to an uncertain future. Does your organization also want to be ready for tomorrow? We help our partners establish a competitive advantage through sustainability.”

After five seconds, when people start reading the text, I would like some words to transform into becoming bold, thus these words highlighted with the ** ** should become bold:

" Sustainability is about adaptation to an uncertain future. Does your organization also want to be ready for tomorrow? We help our partners establish a competitive advantage through sustainability."

Does anybody have some tips on how to do this?
