How to placed a fixed section over all other elements?

I was wondering how I can get other sections to remain under a fixed section when scrolling. If you look at my website now, when you scroll down, the center image will move over the bottom fixed section, but I want everything to begin to hide under it as you scroll. Thanks in advance.

Hey @clayjay! If you set your z-index on the div titled "lower" you will fix the issue. You can set it to 1000 just to be sure nothing goes on top of it
