How to remove default theme layout when sharing link on social media

I need a little help with some info regarding a sharing situation :slightly_smiling_face:
I am trying to share the link of the website I’ve created but as a preview is using the basic theme I chose initially, please view attached.
How can I change that view also the description "Portfolio theme…"etc That situation appears anywhere, not only when I want to share on facebook, but any other for of sharing online.
