How to send instant SMS to the people who fill the forms on Webflow?

Hey guys, I am new to webflow and looking for a solution where if a person submits a form, he instantly receives a new SMS message from me.
Is there a way to do this? If yes, how?

I want to send SMS to people who enter their phone numbers in the form. How do we do that? The Zapier integration allows to receive an SMS once a form submission is done. I want the people to receive a link once they submit the form.

Have you looked into the Twillio Zapier zap yet?

Yes, but does Twilio allow you to send the message to your lead as well? Can’t see that option. Where am I missing the point? Can’t seem to understand. Do you have a tutorial for this?
