I can't see "Page settings" because of page title length

When i make my page title too long i can no longer access the page settings gear menu. How can I solve this?

Normally you always can: Google Chrome – Tapes

If it’s not the case for you and you need to access the gear to shorten your names, right clic the name and inspect it in chrome, reduce the size of the font in inspector to temporarily reduce the size of the name, maybe. Also try to use chrome zoom in View menu…
