Yeah sure, I can move the topic to the Freelance category, but I´m not sure if it´s the right place for that. I´m not searching a freelancer to make this for me. I search a good advise for a few tools with that I can get done the job.
Use Webflow CMS. Each Q will be like a post/article. Why not? It wiil solve Searchable SEO / readable / Categories / Multilingual

Yeah its in development @Siton_Systems , but I feel it will take ages until it arrives us, as same as the long-awaited multilingual support, which is another essential feature.
