Hello, I have contacted the Webflow team 2 days ago and no one helped me solve my issue yet… My ID document was rejected because it was apparently blurry. It does not allow me to send my ID document again on the Billing Tool tab. I sent an email to the Webflow team with a picture of my passport, Driver’s Licence and ID asking them if they could verify my account and I have not heard back from anyone since. I really need to solve this issue and send the Payment Link to my client ASAP.
