Impossible to put some margin between my columns

It makes now 3 hours that I am having issues just to find how to have on the same line somenormal text and a form and to set margin between each columns (with name + mail + submit), as on this website :

This is what I am currently having and impossible to find how how to set some space between the different form elements:
