Improve page speed, and make Google happy by using Tag Manager & delayed Triggers

Hi,

I’ve seen a lot of posts on the forum about folks struggling with Google Lighthouse scores and PageSpeed so I’ve put together a little how-to on speeding things up in Google Tag Manager by deferring some of the Tags you don’t need to fire right away (like Facebook, Google Ads and other analytics Tags) on the page that Webflow doesn’t give you much control over.

Let me know if it helps at all or if you get stuck, you never know, I might have left something out. If you haven’t set up Tag Manager or any analytics or tracking Tags that you could fire in there you can find some more how-to’s on adding Tag Manager and Analytics to Webflow here: https://www.milkmoonstudio.com/blog-category/how-to
