Is it possible to only have interactions available to the desktop viewport?
Is it also possible to have viewport-specific interactions (say certain elements do something different if on mobile phone than they do on desktop)?
The reason I ask is because on smaller viewports the interactions look horrid, but on desktop they look great.

At the moment no.
The interactions are added to the element at the HTML level.
The standing work around is to duplicate and hide elements on lower viewports. Not the best but not the worst solution.
