Thanks for letting us know about being unable to enter values in the Interaction pane. That definitely sounds odd.
I attempted to reproduce your experience on my end, but was not quite able to as you may note in following short screencapture: Screen Recording 2019-01-30...
Can you please try the following:
(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help
(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me: Image 2018-04-10 at 12.28.2...
Also, could you please let me know what browser version you’re using by sending me your information from this page? https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
There should be a small share link when you visit the page which you can send to me.

And I have the same problem. Noticed after upgrading chrome to version 72. Incognito mode did not help.
Thanks for the reports, everyone. This is an issue specific to Chrome 72.
We have a fix currently in review, and plan to ship it as soon as possible.

We’ve pushed a fix to resolve the IX settings panel bug. Please be sure to clear your cache and reload the Designer, and let us know if you notice anything else out of place. Thanks!
