Internet Explorer 11 Site Issues

The website is Fine on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox but when I look at Internet Explorer version 11 it looks terrible

I have searched through the forum and found a couple things to try but nothing seems official. Is there a webflow statement that has been published about IE bugs and Issues. Is flexbox incompatible with IE?

Or is this all spawning from my design and the way I have set the elements and spacing?

If you take a look at this site you will notice that Flexbox is not fully supported in IE.
