Contact support would be my guess. I had a client make a copy of the site so they could transfer it back to me after I transferred it to them. I like to make a copy of my sites so I can elements I built for future use. They didn’t have a webflow platform account so they couldn’t transfer it on their end without webflow support. I’m pretty sure that would be the way to accomplish it, they have to authorize the transfer though. Good luck.
