Is there a way to use a form to input data into a dynamic tlist CMS

Hi, I’m trying to figure out if there is a way for the user to create a new object and add it to a dynamic list such as a blog post or something of that sort.

Best would be if you could use a form and connect the different fields to the corresponding fields in a collection. If this is not possible is there a way to create something similar with custom code?
