Is this interaction achievable in Webflow?

Hello all,

New to the forums but I wanted to see if the interaction in the link below is achievable in Webflow? It looks like its a mouse-over trigger that scatters the letters and eventually wipes it out, which is then replaced by the next phrase in the sequence and finally loops back to the beginning.

There are a number of options available you can browse codepen for examples of particle text like this… it is not ahievable with native webflow IX2 but you can do it but using custom code on your page.
