Comment from customer: You will likely have got multiple submissions from me, your webform is not very user friendly, the message field sends the form whenever I hit enter, yet the fields suggests I can put in returns, which will be automatic for a lot of people.
There is also another issue. I have enlarged the comments field so customers can properly type their enquiry. Problem is that the type does not wrap to remain within the box.
