My Site uses a lot of ‘while scrolling in view animations’.
Can anyone else confirm that when you scroll down the page slowly that the site is choppy and laggy?
If you know a fix that would also be greatly appreciated!

No lag here, so I’m thinking it’s just due to the amount of moving pieces and the strain it puts on less powerful machines. For reference, I’m running a 2nd gen i5, 16gb of RAM, and a 3gb GTX 770 so my guess is that lower-end or integrated GPUs may be the weak link if you’re noticing issues.
The obvious solution is to minimize the amount of scrolling interactions you use, and taking advantage of more simple transitions that achieve a similar affect. I’d recommend going this route if your average visitor is using an older/weaker machine, although given it’s a VC firm I’d imagine you have wiggle room here.
That said, I think you’ve got a lot of nice interactions going on so nice work on the site
