• Legacy interactions set to none still have interactions applied

#1

I duplicated a set of links that all had interactions associated with them, then removed every interaction from the duplicated links. The links are still behaving as if they have interactions on mobile devices, and it is increasingly frustrating. I believe this may be bug. Please advise.

The links are supposed to link to the about page, but are being problematic.

Hi @ctraver2

Currently, there’s a know issue with Legacy Interactions where choosing None doesn’t remove the interaction.

Until we fix this issue, you can create a new legacy interaction, apply that to all the links you want to remove the interaction from, then delete the interaction. That should removes the interaction from all links.

Please, let me know if this is helpful or if you have any additional questions, I’m happy to help further.

Kindest regards,
Anna

I will try this, thank you very much.

Great news! We have pushed a fix for this issue. To apply the fix, you’ll need to find the elements with those legacy interactions and manually set the interactions to “none”. Even if it’s already set to none.

If you need further help with this step, please let me know.

Cheers
