Linking to a section of a different page

I have read on the Forum that it is possible to link to a section of a different page. Could anyone supply an idiots guide to doing this please? My client would like the ‘Collection Instructions’ button on the home page to link to the ‘Warehouse Locations’ section on the Contact page. My coding knowledge is very limited.

Any help most appreciated.
