Make changes to evaluation Excel document Askergo.com

Good afternoon,

I need to make some edits to the forms/evaluations section in Webflow (this is how it looks on the front end http://www.askergo.com/feedback3).

I want change ‘vale of education’ to ‘value of education’.

I thought it was taken care of as I followed the steps that were advised to me by the Webflow team but for some reason it still has not changed in the back end.
