Make Logo Normal again

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me fix the logo on the top right hand side of my website. I don´t want the hover effect I just want it liek the normal way, and I also want the image without the frame.

For the image border: Remove box shadow from “logo image”

For the hover effect: Remove transitions from “logo image” and “logo”. Make opacity 100% on “logo”
