Managing hover image placement on mobile devices

Hi, I’ve figured out most of this and it runs great on desktop.

The problem is on mobile devices the hover state image slides off it’s desired position. (Home Page)

I know you can preview with the different viewers in the editor but I can’t seem to find a consistent means to make this work on smaller/vertical screens.
