Membership Booking Integration w/ Zoom Group Classes

I’m looking to migrate my website from Wix to WebFlow, but I need to make sure I can setup a functional booking system first.

I’m trying to find the best way to integrate a membership platform (w/recurring subscription payments), which allows users to book group classes via Zoom.

Any tips on how to do this on WebFlow? Thanks.

You will need an external bookings platform with embed code eg. https://help.acuityscheduling.com/hc/en-us/articles/225156148-Subscriptions

Thanks. It looks like I have to use Zapier to connect them. Is that a reliable way to set it up?

Hi @soccershape.
Josh from Foxy here. Depending on your specific needs, we may be able to help. More info about our seamless Webflow integration can be found here: https://foxy.io/webflow

Hi Josh, Does Foxy have reservation / booking functionality or are you referring to your subscriptions? Cheers

Hi @HammerOz.
Yes, Foxy supports reservation/booking functionality. Really any type of “product” or “service”. At the end of the day, we’re simply looking for the data you pass to us (name, price, date, color, size, etc.) How this data is managed and presented to customers is completely up to you.

We can show you how to use datepickers and even block out dates based on previously booked dates in CMS (populated with our Zapier integration after each booking)

Thanks,
Josh

Do you have any sample Foxy websites that showcase what I’m looking for, which is group fitness booking classes over Zoom?

Hi @soccershape.
Unfortunately no. That’s a pretty unique use case. But it should be a pretty straightforward setup. In a nutshell, you’ll create/manage your classes with Webflow CMS. It’s here that you can control the course info, pricing, available seats, etc.

In your classes template, you’ll design that how you want and use Webflow’s form builder to design your add to cart form. We can show you how to connect this form to both CMS data and Foxy.

Once a course has been purchased, Foxy can automatically updated the available seat count in CMS and send an email to the customer. In addition, you can use our Zapier integration to add the customer as an attendee to the Zoom course.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help you get started with setting things up. hello@foxy.io

Thanks,
Josh

Hi @soccershape, what you are trying sounds common enough to have an existing SaaS solution. But unfortunately I couldn’t find much in my short online research. Have you looked into Memberstack? Please let us know how you eventually solved it.
